Superb. The apartments were great , clean, simple and gave us the choice to cook ourselves or go out and Oasis at Broadbeach was literally a 5 min drive down Surf Parade, so close and convenient, the beach is less than a 5 minute walk, a little diamond in the rough!! The managers were very nice and helpful too.

Excellent! My stay here was amazing, nice and clean 2 bedroom apartment with a stunning view! Very spacious with comfortable beds, wish I stayed for more than one night. Great location with private parking, very friendly and helpful reception, definitely would stay again!

Excellent, great value for money and I'd highly recommend it. The facilities, grounds, apartment and even the car park, were all clean and tidy. The unit was equiped with the essentials to enjoy the stay and even cook at the unit. Access was simple, the pool was warm and clean. I would not hesitate to stay here again, nor recommend it as a central location to eateries, shopping, transport, beach and scenic drives. Loved every bit of it. Definitely value for money. I couldn't have asked for more based on the price. Everything i needed was close handy and well up to a great standard.

Had the best stay at the Wharf apartments. The owner and staff were absolutely beautiful. The apartments had everything you needed and more and the view and location was perfect. A special thank you to the host for helping us with my mum who was unable to use stairs and changed our location at last minute, so thankful. Would recommend this place to everything and will be back to stay in the future. Thank you again

This is an amazing place to be based on the Gold Coast. A short walk to the beach (only one small road with pedestrian crossing) and close to trams into Surfers or to Pacific Fair. Apartments are huge. The kids were so excited to be high up and have views of the ocean and city (worth paying for the ocean view). Huge balconies, great lounge, and a kitchen that lets us prepare meals. BBQ downstairs as well. Spa and pool are nice additions as well. Service is amazing, and cleanliness is top notch. Could not consider staying anywhere else.

The apartment and complex were perfection! It felt like a private oasis in Broadbeach. The apartment was beautifully presented and had everything I needed. The facilities for the complex were absolutely stunning. Check in and check out process were simple are staff were very helpful. Honesty I can’t fault this place, it was everything I had hoped it would be and then so much more. I will definitely be booking again! 😁😁

Good first floor apartment The extremely helpful girls at CHA went above and beyond their duty. The ppty Maintenance young man they sent was so kind and helpful. We liked the setting of the apt very much with easy entering and exiting. It was a nice place to stay. Certainly, with our experience of similar holiday apts, it fell below par. Basking in the pool area was very good. We would not hesitate to go through CHA again for another ppty. I must say again, the help given by CHA at 10.30 on our arrival evening was exemplary. Thank you.

I was meant to stay elsewhere but my original booking was accidentally canceled by the place, over new years!! luckily this place still had a room available for me to last minute book and they made the check in process quick and easy for me! we loved it

We will stay again and probably this will be our go-to property for our monthly visits to Gold Coast. Room layout perfect, ability to log onto Netflix and other streaming services, ability to smoke on the balcony and designated parking space for the unit.

We had a fantastic time! Lilian, our host, was incredibly friendly, responsive, and dedicated to making our stay as comfortable as possible. The location is superb, just a 2-minute walk to the beach with lifeguard patrols and a nearby café for beachside coffee. Surfers Paradise is a quick 3-minute drive or a pleasant 15-minute walk away. Our stay on the 8th floor offered a stunning sea view as a delightful bonus. The well-equipped kitchen made cooking a breeze, and we only needed to buy ingredients. While this place may not be brand new, it is in excellent condition and exceptionally well-maintained. We're eagerly anticipating our return to this wonderful place. Kudos to Lilian and the staff for their kindness and hospitality. We wholeheartedly recommend this place – it's a 100% winner!

Great position. I didn’t want to spend huge money as I was waiting to take keys for my new home. I was made to feel welcome from the moment I arrived. It was clean very well presented and easy access to their parking. The unit was very well supplied with everything I needed. I would definitely stay there again. Close to the beach and walking path in the mornings.

Our 2nd stay here. A mile south of Surfers, this is an ideal location. A quiet spot and easy to get to Surfers either with a 20min walk or taking the tram that is a 5min walk from apartment. A spacious and comfortable apartment, with decent views. Onsite staff very welcoming and friendly. Parking (directly underneath) is safe and secure.

The place to stay spectacular pool and grounds beautiful apartments. The pool was spectacular ground impeccable and beautiful great relaxing by the pool. Excellent security. Excellent lowish rise property in a great position with great facilities. Will be back for sure. Outstanding aquatic amenities. Lovely unit. Good security which is important.

The ocean views were amazing, the apartment was very easy to find and the location was close to cafes and beach. It was easy to park our car in the allocated car park and our room was close to the lift.
