Please contact our team at booking@collectiveholiday.com.au or call on 0491 172 337 with an approximate time of arrival. You will be met at the property by us to collect your apartment keys (unless advised otherwise), not through the resort reception.</li><li>We do not accept American Express, JCB, Diners Club or Union Pay cards. This amount will be applied at the time of payment and is in addition to the nightly rates. We accept VISA, Mastercard or Direct Deposit.&nbsp;</li><li>Deposit – A non-refundable $200 deposit per booking is required upon booking to secure your reservation.</li><li>Final balance – Your accommodation must be paid 14 days prior to arrival (30 days prior for Dec/Jan bookings).
