<ul><li>Collective Holiday Apartments are not affiliated with the on-site management at these properties. Please contact our team at booking@collectiveholiday.com.au or call on 0491 172 337 with an approximate time of arrival. You will be met at the property by us to collect your apartment keys (unless advised otherwise), not through the resort reception.</li><li>We do not accept American Express, JCB, Diners Club or Union Pay cards. This amount will be applied at the time of payment and is in addition to the nightly rates. We accept VISA, Mastercard or Direct Deposit.&nbsp;</li><li>Deposit – A non-refundable $200 deposit per booking is required upon booking to secure your reservation.</li><li>Final balance – Your accommodation must be paid 14 days prior to arrival (30 days prior for Dec/Jan bookings). If the booking is made within this time frame the full amount must be paid upon booking. If the deposit or final payment is not received by the due date Collective Holiday Apartments reserves the right to cancel your booking and keep your deposit. If after arrival, guests are dissatisfied with any aspect of their accommodation and decide to terminate their stay, the amount to be refunded, if any, is at the discretion of Collective Holiday Apartments</li><li>Cancellations – Within 14 days (or 30 days for Dec/Jan) of Check-in date you will lose the full value of your booking. Outside of 14 days (or 30 days for Dec/Jan) you will lose your initial deposit.</li><li>Extra person charges&nbsp;– are payable directly to Collective Holiday Apartments on arrival if not arranged prior.</li><li>Extra bed request such as rollaway beds, sofa bed usage including sheets is required to be advised to us 7 days prior to arrival. Extra charges of $50 per stay for a rollaway bed or to use the sofa bed including sheets.&nbsp;</li><li>Damages – A credit card pre-authorisation will be required on arrival, used as a security bond&nbsp;for any incidental / damages whilst in the apartment.</li><li>Collective Holiday Apartments – makes its best attempts to ensure that the information available on the site is accurate, current and free from errors or omissions, but can not guarantee this. Once this is completed, we will send the Key Instructions a DAY before arrival. A security deposit of $200 is required for any incidentals such as damages or&nbsp;extra cleaning.
